How much does it cost to have a wedding in Hawaii?
Although we work very closely with each of our couples, we cannot promise a specific budget. What we can promise is to offer our professional recommendations and to help direct you to vendors that we feel would be a great fit for you and within your budget. There are many factors that can increase or decrease your overall budget. Each and every couple will also have their differences when it comes to priorities and their “must haves”. However, we try our best to stay within your budget even if that means coming up with a creative solution.

WILL YOU BE ABLE TO DO SITE VISITS FOR US?
Absolutely! If you are not able to visit before your big day, we would be more than happy to take you on a video tour for a potential venue. We would obtain photos, videos, and supply you with additional information to help make your decision.

Can we have wedding on the beach?
Yes, you can have a beach wedding! However, there are rules to consider. Unfortunately, you can only have up to 25 people in attendance for your beach wedding. There are also limitations regarding decorations (i.e. no arch or chairs). You will also need to get a permit which we can provide for your event. Beach weddings are best for those looking to elope. If you’re wanting a ceremony and reception to follow, we would recommend looking into a beach front property.

we haven’t decided on which Hawaiian island. Do you travel?
Yes! Although we are based on Maui, we love to travel. Travel and accommodation fees would apply.

Is it possible to have our reception go past 10 pm?
Unfortunately, Maui County has a strict noice ordinance that requires all outdoor events to conclude at 10 pm. This applies to all venues unless the venue offers an indoor option. For example, most hotels will have a ball room that you can use as an “after party”.

My venue requires our planner to be insured. Are you insured?
Yes! We will be able to provide a Certificate of Insurance for your event. This is included in our services and does not cost an additional fee.

Will you assist in obtaining our Marriage Certificate?
Certainly! Your Maui Love planner will send you the information to complete the online application, as well as coordinate an appointment with an agent when you arrive on-island.
